We excel at the most complex design and engineering projects, including detailed work at every step of the production process. In addition to building and designing molds, we help design assembly systems, automation systems, and packaging. We also offer reverse engineering, 2D and 3D modeling, and project management that runs from the initial concept to final production. Rapid prototyping services are available as well. Our experience covers some of the most difficult and advanced mold designs, including unscrewing molds, mechanical and hydraulic action molds, metal insert molding, and multi-action molds. We also design and engineer reverse sprue and hot runner manifold molds, among many others.

We have worked with hundreds of varieties, including acrylic, ABS, acetal, butyrate, Delrin, Hytrel, Noryl, phenolic, polycarbonate, and polyester.
